THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO INTRODUCE THE BASIC CONCEPTS OF JIU JITSU AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE POWER OF LEVERAGE AND POSITIONS. THERE ARE 15 LESSONS THAT WILL HELP STUDENTS LEARN AND IMPROVE TECHNIQUES WHICH WILL BE AT THE CORE OF THEIR GAME FROM WHITE BELT ALL THE WAY TO BLACK BELT. 

FUNDAMENTAL

JIU-JITSU

THIS PROGRAM IS CREATED AND TAUGHT WITH A CURRICULUM SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR ATHLETES TO INCREASE THEIR GRAPPLING KNOWLEDGE AND BUILD AN ARRAY OF TECHNIQUES WHICH THEY CAN QUICKLY IMPLEMENT TO IMPROVE  THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THEIR GAME ON THE MAT.

NO- GI

JIU-JITSU

THIS FORM OF JIU JITSU IS GRAPPLING

WITHOUT THE TRADITIONAL UNIFORM AND IT HAS  DIRECT APPLICATION IN MMA.

IN THIS PROGRAM WE FOCUS ON THE  SUBMISSION ONLY FORMAT EVENTS AS WELL AS THE IBJJF FORMAT COMPETITIONS.

ADVANCED

JIU-JITSU

THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED WITH THE ADVANCED STUDENTS IN MIND WHO ALREADY HAVE A SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF JIU JITSU BUILT THROUGH OUR FUNDAMENTAL PROGRAM. IN THIS PROGRAM WE FOCUS ON TECHNIQUES THAT ARE AT THE FOREFRONT OF TODAY'S JIU JITSU.

WOMEN'S SELF

DEFENCE

THE USE OF POWER OF LEVERAGE MAKES JIU JITSU IDEAL FOR WOMEN. THIS PROGRAM HELPS PRACTITIONERS UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF DIFFUSING AND DEESCALATING DANGEROUS SITUATIONS. THE ADDED BENEFITS ARE BUILDING CONFIDENCE WHILE GETTING IN SHAPE AND STAYING FIT.
